about our flat rates
Our room prices are per day and room and include
- Shower & WC
- Telephone, cable TV & radio alarm clock
- Safe & mostly balcony
- Bed size: single room 200 × 90 cm, double room 200 × 180 cm
- Rich breakfast buffet (on request overnight stay without breakfast: -8 € per person/day)
Inclusive prices: All taxes & charges are included, except visitor’s tax.
- Adults: € 3.60
- Disabled persons: € 3.10
- Business stays: 1,80 €
- Children & teenagers up to 18 years: free of tourist tax
- Children up to 6 years: free of charge in parents’ room & bed
- Children from 7 – 16 years: Special price by arrangement
- Use of sauna (incl. towels): € 5.00 per person
- Carport parking space (subject to availability): € 5.00 per day
- Pets: Only after consultation
- E-charging station: On site, subject to charge
In order to maintain our favourable prices, we ask for payment in cash or by EC card.
Reservation &
Cancellation
- Check-in: 10:00 – 19:00 (Sundays: until 13:00 or from 17:00 – 19:00)
- Check-out: until 10:30
- Late arrivals: Key deposit in the key safe by arrangement
- Up to 2 weeks before arrival (holiday flats: 3 weeks): free of charge
- From 13 days (holiday flats from 20 days) up to 1 day before arrival: 50 % of the total price
- In the event of later cancellation or no-show: 80 % of the travel price (also in the event of early departure)
