Fuchs Hotels

Our modern and comfortable rooms all have a shower and WC, telephone, cable TV with flat screen, clock radio and safe. All superior rooms and some comfort rooms also have their own balcony. The beds in the single rooms measure 90×200, in the double rooms 180×200. We do not have standardised rooms, each one is unique. If you have a special furnishing request, we will be happy to provide you with individual advice.

Yes, WLAN can be used throughout the hotel and is free of charge for guests.

The hotel is in a quiet yet very central location in the centre of Bad Reichenhall. The spa garden, spa guest centre, Kurmittelhaus der Moderne, RupertusTherme, pedestrian zone, parks and hiking trails are only a few minutes’ walk away.

Yes, there is free parking subject to availability – but unfortunately, as a historic hotel in a city centre location, we do not have as many parking spaces as rooms. If the hotel’s own car park is full, we are happy to recommend public alternatives. There are two reserved parking spaces available in the carport. The price is € 5,- per night.

Have you ever thought about travelling by train?

Yes – you can enjoy our breakfast buffet every day between 7.15 am and 10.00 am. We source many regional products (bakery F.X. Neumeier bakery, Drexler butcher’s shop, Berchtesgadener Land dairy, etc.) for your start to the day.

If you have a food intolerance, please inform us in good time. We will be happy to organise gluten-free or lactose-free products for you.

Unfortunately not. We only have a small lift in one part of the hotel and it stops between floors. Some stairs therefore have to be climbed on foot in all rooms.

With pleasure! We have two e-charging stations where you can charge your car for €0.50 per kWh.

Check-in is possible from Monday to Saturday from 1 pm to 7 pm. If you arrive in the morning, you will receive all the information, the guest card and the key. Your room will be ready from 1 pm. On Sundays, reception is open until 1 pm and then again between 4 pm and 7 pm.

That doesn’t fit in with your plans? Just let us know and we will arrange your arrival with a key safe (and code).

As a Bavarian state spa, there is a tourist tax in Bad Reichenhall – the visitor’s tax. In return, you receive a guest card and can use public transport throughout the district and as far as Salzburg free of charge. Further discounts are available at the concerts of the Bad Reichenhall Philharmonic Orchestra, at the Rupertustherme and at numerous excursion destinations and events. The visitor’s tax is currently € 3.60 per night and person, € 3.10 for people with a disabled person’s pass and € 1.80 for professional stays. Children and young people up to the age of 18 are exempt from the visitor’s tax.

In the central connecting building you will find our small, fine wellness area with sauna, relaxation room and fresh air area. You can use this exclusively for yourself. Please book at least one hour in advance. Use of the sauna costs € 5 per person including sauna towel and hand towel.

In order to maintain our favourable prices for direct bookings, we request payment in cash or by EC card. If these means of payment are not available to you, we also accept Visa and Mastercard.
